The articulated trolleybus no. 021 of the Hungarian type Ikarus 280.93 was registered on 05 April 1990 in Eberswalde.

The articulated trolleybus no. 021 of the Hungarian type Ikarus 280.93 was from 28 July 1994 to 22 November 1995 out of service because an traffic accident at the crossing Potsdamer Allee/Brandenburger Allee in the Brandenburgisches Viertel in direction to Schönholzer Straße. The trolleybus turn off to the left and crashed the rear
against a handrail. The trolleybus was reconstructed with the rear of the trolleybus no. 010.
